Our approach is to find value added opportunities in underdeveloped locals.  Additionally we manage and develop mature NNN assets on the East Coast. Our most recent endeavor is investing in high end furnished rentals across high income areas. As a Full Service Developer we offer sales and installation of High End Bathrooms and Cabinetry. Our Lines and designs are available in our Sag Harbor Showcase. Additionally we provide consultation services for Game Rooms & How Theaters.
